I have recently acquired this beautiful home and I'm looking to fill it with one or two roommates. I am a cinematographer/director and have been making films and videos for over 20 years. I travel a lot due to having to be on the road for my documentaries, but I also work from home editing when not filming. I have a 11 year old daughter who lives with her mother in Woodstock, GA which is 15 minutes away. I love to play sports and regularly try to work out almost every day. This helps me with my camera work which can sometimes be very physical.
I'm hoping to find a roommate or two who are kind, courteous, likes to live in a clean place, and is okay with dogs. I have the sweetest Bechoun Frise dog, who never barks and doesn't shed fur. I couldn't ask for a better dog. All she wants is to be petted occasionally.

Beautiful home in friendly neighborhood
Avoid the nasty apartments! Rent in a home!
This home is a rare find and has a very comfortable feel to it. It's clean and well taken care of. Roommate should be of the responsible/respectful kind. The backyard is great to hang out. There is a fire pit too! I was going to use as an AirBNB because it is that nice, but felt it should be rented to someone who really can use a nice home to live in or come home from work.
Location has quick access to the express lane on 575, which only takes about 35 minutes to get to downtown Atlanta. Close by to Lake Altoona, downtown Canton and Woodstock, where yearly activities keep you busy for plenty of things to do. There are two mountain bike parks nearby, Cherokee County Aquatic Center, and shopping at The Outlets just down the street. This is a booming area with a city center for Holly Springs also being built near the old train depot. Georgia living at its finest!
