I have a room available for a female roommate in Brooklyn, near 5th Avenue & 54th Street:

Rent: $650/month, utilities split

Room: Bunk bed / shared bedroom

Usage: I work full-time in Brooklyn, but I only stay 4–6 nights per month; most of the time I work remotely

Perk: You basically pay very little and almost have the room to yourself

Apartment: Third floor of the building, with three other female roommates on the same floor. Everyone gets along well. Four rooms share one kitchen, and two rooms share one bathroom. All roommates are working professionals, generally quiet and respectful of each other’s space.

Landlord: Very friendly and helpful

Location: 10-minute walk to 8th Avenue, plenty of convenient food options nearby

I am quiet, tidy, and easy-going.
This setup is especially suitable for international students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for a short-term arrangement.
