I'm a 30yo trans woman, so if me being LGBTQ bothers you please don't contact me. I don't currently have any pets but I love animals and have no problems with living with them. I don't smoke and would prefer not to live in a house with smoking though.

My current roommate will be moving out of my apartment in June and I have decided I want to move. I have my own furniture so we would have to work out if I would be allowed to bring it or if I would need to store it, but that shouldn't be a problem either way.

I am looking to move into an apartment with split rent where my maximum side would be around $600 or so. I don't mind top or bottom floor or if it has covered parking or not.

I love animals and plants, watching movies, playing games, and social activity, though I normally keep to myself when I'm at home. I'm welcoming of any religion, gender identity, or orientation and looking forward to meeting new people!
