Massive 1 bedroom available in luxury high rise

Hi! I'm looking for a female replacement starting December 1st. We have a large 1 bedroom apartment and you would be staying in the huge converted bedroom, which has a full wall and a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. This is a high-rise luxury building with a 24/7-hour concierge, gym, pool, laundry facility, garage, and a massive rooftop sundeck with a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. My apartment is located on a high floor and comes with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and Manhattan skyline. The lease would be for 8 months with the ability to renew/extend for as long as you want (minimum of 1 year). I am 26, female, and work at NYU in Midtown East, with fairly regular hours, Monday-Friday. I am clean, respectful, drama free and easy to get along with person. A reasonably clean apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen, is very important to me. I enjoy going out with friends for food and drinks, but I don’t bring the party home!
