Having just moved to NYC, I'm staying with the friend of a friend in the city for a month while I look a place of my own.

I am friendly, clean, respectful, and have experience living in community with others for the past three years while in college (but I am not a party person, I enjoy my alone time). I am fully vaccinated, boosted and take Covid precautions seriously (have never tested positive, knock on wood). I'm also a non-smoker, BIPOC, and believe in the importance of communicating with those I live with.
