Kellen L - $850/month

I leave for work before 8 and don't arrive home until 4:30. I work in marshville and I like to be located between there and Charlotte, so Indian trail/Matthews area.

I teach agricultural science and I have a lot of hobbies that get me out of the house. I meal prep once a week and always clean up my dishes and like to have a clean house. It's important to me that my roommates are also clean and help out with house tasks.

I am a latin dancer so I'm often out at practice, workshops, or socials. I slip in as quietly as I can whenever I get back late, as salsa socials often go from 10pm-2AM.

I enjoy gaming, I LOVE gardening, and I cook/bake often. I've had roommates in the vast who I got tight with, and I've had roommates that I've been friendly and chatty with but we respected each other's space and didn't blend our lives/interests/friendships. I'm fine with either/both.

I don't want to live with a couple (been there done that). My biggest thing is roommates respecting the space, cleaning up after themselves/their pets/their guests.
