Great place in the historic neighborhood of Howell Station. Just a quick drive or Uber to everything West Midtown has to offer, but distanced from the heavy traffic and noise. Large shared space on the main floor including a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area. Front porch/balcony and deck on the back. There's a sizable green space across the street and a large park featuring a tennis court and a basketball hoop within walking distance. The house is meant to accommodate four but my roommate (28F) and I (24M), as well as her dog (3F, Husky), are only looking for one more resident to keep things airy. You will be all on your own downstairs with a private bathroom, walk-in closet and your own entrance/exit through the garage.
