Available Room for Rent

Due to certain restrictions by the HOA of the neighborhood, at the moment, I am only open up the space to one individual. There are two options I am considering offering for this space. One bathroom is guaranteed but I can do $500 for one bedroom plus the bathroom or $700 for two bedrooms plus the bathroom. Both options still allow for access to all other shared spaces; dining area, living area, kitchen, laundry room, garage, and backyard. If option one is picked, then there will be a spare room that can be for shared recreational purposes. Bathroom is furnished, one bedroom is partially furnished but can be unfurnished if preferred. Property is located not even five minutes away from a park and situated about 30 minutes from downtown Houston or 20-25 minutes from the Woodlands/Conroe areas.
