Hi, I'm Jane. I am a 42 year old, divorced, career women also working on my MBA in HR Management. I am looking to rent a room with a private bath soon for a new job I will be starting in San Diego. I am a very clean, respectful, roommate and will be gone most weekends visiting my mom in Riverside. I will be working during the day and studying most evenings so you won't see me too much. I am also fairly quiet and would never have parties or anything outrageous. I tend to keep to myself, but make friends easily and am fun too. I would rarely have friends over, but do have a boyfriend who would visit me some evenings. He has his own home so there would never be a squatting issue like I've experienced with many other roomies.

I'm looking for a respectful, kind, and clean roommate (doesn't have to be crazy clean, I'm willing to go half on a bi- weekly maid because I know it can be hard to manage when working full time). I'm okay with pets as long as they're potty trained and behaved. I love dogs and eventually hope to have one when I'm home more.
