This very well-maintained apartment is the most affordable in this neighborhood. It still includes many great amenities, like two pools, a gym, and laundry. It's a younger crowd in this neighborhood while still being family-friendly and close to many trendy restaurants and bars.
The unit we would share is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. It should be approximately 890 sq. ft. or larger, depending on which one we choose. I have a specific place in mind where I want to live, and I would like to find a female roommate who would like to live here, too, and split the bills. Rent for each of us would range between $800-950, not including utilities, which would range about $150 for each.
