We've got a great bedroom (175 sq. Ft.) available for single occupancy in a four bedroom Allied Gardens home. The room is big and have natural light. It also come with a closet. The room is well insulated and comes furnished with a daybed, desk, and chair. The house is in walking distance to shopping centers and 5-10 minutes driving distance to the Mission Valley mall, PLNU Mission Valley campus, APU San Diego campus and San Diego State. The house has heating and fireplace, and the tenant will have access to a shared full bath (with one other grad student), kitchen, and shared living spaces. The home is located near bus and trolley stations and has plenty of street parking. House have some workout machines in the backyard and open for use.

Must be a family-friendly person, as a renter would share our lovely home with us and our two kids.

In the past, this space has worked great for students attending nearby colleges (PLNU, APU- San Diego Campus, San Diego State etc.).

No drugs, no alcohol, and no smoking are allowed on or near the premises!! No pets please.
Rent is $800 a month with utilities & Wi-Fi included, plus a $800 deposit. Lease or agreement and references.
The room is available to move in on March 15th.
