Quirky but fun little older fourplex

This is a room on the bottom floor of a fourplex. It's nothing fancy, but the neighbors are great and the landlord is a nice guy who never comes in or bothers anyone. He's always doing something to improve the appearance of the place, which is pretty cool.

The things I like about this placer are: it's quiet, the landlord leaves us alone, it's very close to 71 and Central Market as well as other retail shopping,there are some hiking trails nearby, the neighbors all look out for each other, the floor is all tile (full disclosure-one of my 2 cats sometimes poops on the floor)., the landlord told me that I could do whatever I want to the inside of the place, so the doors are painted different colors. It looks cool, I promise. lol

The things I don't love: the closets and bathroom are pretty small, but I'm pretty proud of the creative space-saving solutions I've come up with. There are other things like places that should be caulked and aren't, but I've take care of most of that. There is no dishwasher, which I didn't even notice until I moved in. Luckily, I had decided to minimize before I knew I was going to move. I mean, let's be real. I'm never going to serve 12 people, and don't need 12 plates, bowls, etc. There's also no garbage disposal, which has been far less annoying than I thought.
