Available Room for Rent

Hello! I am renting a 2 bed/2 bath apartment on Kona Springs Ln in SD and am looking for a roommate to move in at the end of July. You would have your own room and bathroom with shared common spaces (i.e. kitchen, living room, balcony, in-unit laundry) and a shared garage. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gated community, community pool, and fitness center.
I am a grad student at SDSU and am looking for a roommate in their 20s (preferably female) to share the apartment with. I have evening classes and night shifts for work and am looking for a clean and responsible roommate that is respectful of common areas. Let me know if you are interested!
