I'm a new yorker born and raised in Queens. I currently live on the Upper East Side. My roommates are getting married/moving closer to work so I'm looking for a new place.

I work at a hospital on the UES in an administrative position so I have a typical M-F 8-6 job. Outside of work I like to go to the gym in the evenings/weekends. I'm also a big foodie (hence the need to work out) and enjoy going out to new restaurants/bars with friends on occasion. When I'm not doing either of those things I do like to just stay at home and unwind from a hectic day at work with some Netflix. I'm definitely not someone who brings the party home and would appreciate living with another like-minded individual. Though I don't mind the occasional friend or overnight guest. I consider myself to be very respectful of the common areas, I always clean up after myself in the kitchen / living room. I do not smoke and I don't have any pets.
