I am 26, from CA but moved to NY almost 2 yrs ago. I work in PR (remote) so will be home most of the time. I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants/bars, exploring new areas, working out, playing volleyball, and reading/having picnics in the park.

The other girl is working for a global nonprofit focused on girls sexual and reproductive health and economic empowerment. She's 24 and moving from Colorado. She loves a good dinner party at home or a dancing night out, exploring museums and thrift shopping, and her house plants. She's liberal and also very allergic to cats.

We're looking for a mature housemate who is respectful, clean, down to hang out as friends!

We're looking in East Village, West Village, Nolita or SoHo areas. Ideal apartment would be one with lots of natural light, a true kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, full/queen size bedrooms with a window, a designated living room space, close to subways and grocery stores, and not on the ground floor.
