Bedroom open on gorgeous and quiet UES block

I have an open bedroom in a two bed, one bath apartment. It's in a walk up building, but only on the second floor. On the back side of the building so it has three sides of windows and no walled neighbors. Quiet, peaceful and close to laundry, the park, subway lines and restaurants. There's a full bathroom with a bathtub, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and the bedroom has plenty of room for a full sized dresser. Plus, the closet has built in shelves! The bedroom has a full sized bed already (optional). Looking for someone clean and courteous to move in for March 1!
