I'm a theater professional, currently teaching on line for a local college. (Hopefully will be back in the classroom soon.). I've got a great 40lb dog named Merle and 2 cats. I'm around a lot right now, but in normal times, lead a very active life that keeps me out of the apartment a lot. I like to cook and generally prefer hanging out to big parties or bar hopping, so not looking to make this a big party house. I'm a cis gendered straight dude, but am absolutely LGBTQI friendly. Skew pretty liberal in my politics, so I'd insist on respect and tolerance for different viewpoints and perspectives.

Looking for someone to share a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Lincoln Square.
Bright, spacious 2nd floor apartment on a quiet street, and an easy walk to Brownline Rockwell stop or Lawrence/Foster/Western busses. 10 minute walk into Lincoln Square, and 2 blocks away from Harvest Time for groceries. Free laundry is in the basement of building (Shared with the other two units).
Rent is $725 with all utilities and internet covered.
Room is furnished, currently, but if that’s a problem I can clear it out, and the apartment itself is furnished but I could certainly make some space. Room is good sized, (9" x 10") with hard wood floors and a full closet.
