Looking for 2 roommates
Hey Everyone! There are two rooms available in the townhouse I live. It's located in the Lenox Village area. Walmart and Kroger are within a few minutes of drive. Gym, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. Very safe and peaceful neighborhood and has great privacy. On-street parking is available. Prices include all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewage, trash, and recycling). LGBTQA+ friendly. Washer and dryer in unit. No preference over gender. If you need any of the rooms to be furnished, I can do it for you for an additional monthly fee. I might be able to provide any specific thing you might need. Both rooms are move-in ready!
About Rooms:
Room #2 is on the 2nd floor. It's fairly large. Has great light and view. Has a private full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Rent is $1,250/mo including all utilities.
Room #3 is on the 3rd floor. It's the largest room, has an awesome view and natural light, and has great privacy since it's the only space on the 3rd floor. If you look out the window all you see are trees. It has its full bathroom and thermostat for AC/heat. Rent is #1,350 including all utilities.
About me:
I'm an architect in my early 30s. I have a regular 9-5 job and mostly work in the office. I love reading non-fiction books, watching documentaries, running, going to the gym, going hiking, gardening, and playing video games sometimes. I'm mostly social and would like to hang out but also enjoy my solitude. I am VERY clean and organized and I need my roommates to be the same. I take good care of this place and I would love to have roommates who appreciate it and help keep our place neat and clean. I'm very respectful and I hope you are the same.
