I won't be much of a problem, I work and go to school most of the day so I will barely be home then. At night is usually the only time I'll be around weekdays and it's to shower and sleep. Weekends Im usually busy as well if not I stay in, to myself most of the time too.
I am not with anyone although I am dating. I am very pet friendly, I do not have any pets myself but Im ok with any pet (reptiles too). I am very friendly myself, easy person to communicate with. Cleaning is not an issue, I will always have my stuff in place and cleaned. As long as I know the due date for any payment, you'll always have it on time too.
