Looking for a roommate to take over 1 private bedroom and bath from a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.
The apartment is a corner unit on the second floor, with close proximity to the 405 and 105. In a quiet neighborhood of Del Aire.
Move-in as soon as November 28th.
The bedroom has its own closet and windows to the street. The bathroom has a tub and shower.
There is a parking garage with up to 3 spots and plenty of guest parking spots. AC and heating are built-in (no window units). Spacious kitchen and already furnished living room.
The apartment complex has a 24/7 Gym, pool, business area, pool table and games room, 24/7 access via keyfob, and secure package delivery room and mail room (24/7 access). There are several elevators to access the 2nd floor that are large enough to move furniture up.
There is in-unit laundry and I already have high speed Internet purchased (around $80 per month).
Utilies and Internet not included in the rent price but 3 parking spaces are.
$400 deposit before move-in.
