This is a lovely apartment in a super tranquil area of Brooklyn. The streets are lined with trees and particularly beautiful in the springtime. Ditmas Park is a Historic District with a very suburban feel, yet located close to anything you might need around (coffee shops, delis, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, restaurants/bars, etc...)
The apartment is conveniently located two blocks away from the Q subway line, and a 7-minute walk from the B line.
I share my place with two adorable cats (Benny and Zumba), and you must be comfortable with having animals around, and at least relatively friendly to them (they live here, too!) They are both super sweet and clean.
My place has lots of plants, colors and an overall really nice artsy energy :-)
The bedroom is large, with lots of light and closet space.
As a note: no overnight guests, please.
