Clean, quiet, communicative, peaceful. I work a lot and work from home so I'm usually home M-F. Very quiet when home working (lofi music volume low or wearing earbuds). Usually up between 6am - 8am, make breakfast, and getting to work. I spend the majority of my time in my room/office and probably won't use the shared living/dining room space too much. I try to meal prep one day a week, but I like to cook too so I don't mind cooking and sharing meals.

Overall, my home is my sanctuary so I just want peace. Would love to get to know my roommate and have good conversations, watch some movies etc. Also I'm pretty to myself so I need my alone/down time. Respectful and healthy communication goes without question. I think if you have goals, don't plan on rooming forever (saving to buy or whatever your financial goals are), quiet, clean, we'll be a good match.
