We're two male roommates looking for a third (singular person, no couples) to join us on a year lease in a great spot near the I5 freeway and 4 blocks from the beach.

What's included:
• Large Private Bedroom (16x14)
• Private Bathroom
• Private Balcony
• Ceiling fan/ overhead lighting
• Shared common areas

The basics:
• $1,550/month (water/trash incl. -- gas/electric split)
• 12-month lease (then month-to-month)
• No smoking
• No pets — but this is a must: we have a senior dog who is a huge part of the household.

Who we're looking for:
Someone with full-time employment. We keep a clean, low-drama house and are looking for someone who does the same.
