The room is on its own level with a private bathroom in their room as well as a large wall to wall closet so potential roommate will have complete privacy on the first floor. The room has access to the outdoor patio which you can decorate and enjoy to your liking. You may not see me much due to work obligations. Positive and kind mindsets welcome!
