Hello.. My name is John. I work full-time in education in NYC. I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing person who values comfortable home environment.
During the week I usually work and go to the gym, and I tend to keep things pretty low-key at home. I’m responsible with rent and bills and I always clean up after myself in shared spaces. I’m friendly but also respectful of people’s privacy.
I do smoke occasionally, but only outside. I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, clean, and easy to live with.
