Less than 10 minutes off of Camp Pendleton, 5 minute driving distance to town, parking along street on gravel, large kitchen/open living room, big outdoor deck overlooking large fenced yard, 3rd of an acre property, outdoor security system, indoor laundry machine, solar on roofing, entire fridge and cabinet shared between renters, optional Wi-Fi. Bathroom is shared between you and the other renter, shower/tub, and bidet. NO PETS allowed because we have 4 dogs and 1 cat. Looking for a friendly, trustworthy roommate that will clean up after themself and respect our no shoe inside house rule. NO COUPLES as it is already a shared bath with another couple and not enough parking. Drug and drama free, non smoker.
