Interior: The home is a split level. Your bedroom and the main bathroom as well as the kitchen/living areas are on the upper floor. My bedroom and bathroom are on the lower floor along with the washer/dryer units and access to the garage. The kitchen is spacious and recently remodeled with nice appliances. The living area is full of windows and gets a lot of great light. There's also a gas fireplace which Lizzie (the dog) LOVES.

Walkability: The house is technically in the Maple Leaf neighborhood but a short 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in North Green Lake. The 63 express bus stop is just outside the front door and we're about a 10 minute walk from the 26, 316, 45, and 62. We've also got a PCC and a Safeway within a 10 minute walk and the Northgate Mall is a 5 minute drive North.

Parking: The house comes with a garage which I currently use, but there is always street parking within half a block.
