Rules are negotiable, I don’t want strangers in my home, except for family! You must sign a lease to get the lease signed before you move in! Agree to a background check! Money up front before you can move in…..no exceptions. No loud music and if you have a pet it will 50.00 dollars extra. I have 2 dogs. One is a pit mix and I have a deer chihuahua. Piggy and talon are my babies! I need help with cleaning up the house! I will cook one meal a day weather it be breakfast or dinner! I prefer a female roommate but I will consider a male roommate if your background check is good! My name is Maria Braden and I have a fiancé. I’m 63 and rather rent the extra bedroom. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 full baths you will have your own shower bathtub restroom that will be perfect for someone who is looking for stability and no dramas are allowed. I’m just so tired of trying to make it without a roommate! You need to bring your own furniture!!!
