Planning ahead for 2026... Move date around February / March. Going through life changes and have a few months to plan.

Would prefer a roommate with compatible lifestyle (creative, professional, quiet home life with the occasional dinner/game/art get together, clean and open to share chores responsibilities). A potential friend is preferred but not necessarily a deal breaker.

I'm not a party type but like to have the occasional friend or two over for a dinner hang (I'm a lifetime student of gastronomy), or board games.

We can chat a bit before moving forward. Ideally, I'd like to go in on a house rental with two cats. If you'd like to use a third BR as a shared workspace, or if you need only a single BR, I can be flexible.
