Looking for roommate: Luxury Apartment with private bathroom

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING, AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AD

Looking for a new roommate in the Lincoln Square area. This is a very nice luxury apartment, with a significantly discounted rent. This apartment is part of a program called the ARO program (Affordable Requirements Ordinance) and you would need to meet certain income requirements. To qualify for the apartment, you need be “low income” (make around $1500-$1800 a month)

* Your share of the rent would be around $675.
* Move in date would be around August 1st.
* Electricity and gas bills split between the two of us. On your typical month you'd be paying about $60 for utilities.
* No deposit necessary, and does not require "last month’s rent" or anything like that.
* Large kitchen/living room area with nice appliances
* Two bathrooms (your bedroom would have an attached private bathroom with a shower)
* Water and WiFi Internet are included.
* In-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher
* Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and safe.
* Lawrence Ave bus that stops right in front of the apartment
* Brown line is a few minutes walk away
* Access to a very large rooftop patio with propane grills, nice for BBQ and watching fireworks on 4th of July
* Apartment building has a parking garage, but you would need to rent a space

1) Tell me some things about yourself. What are you like as a person? What are you like as a roommate? What is your age?
2) Do you qualify as a lower income worker (makes around $1500-1800 a month) and can prove that with W2, Social Security, or on Disability?
