The apartment is a 2bed+solarium. I am living in one of the bedrooms and am searching for 2 people to move in - one for the second bedroom ($850), and another for the solarium ($800).
The bedroom has a closet and then the solarium has the apartments walk-in storage to use as a closet.
In-suite laundry, small balcony.
Building has a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, 24hr concierge, library, entertaining room with kitchen+tv+large room, ping pong table room and outdoor space.
We have 1 parking stall that comes with the apartment and is $50/month.

All furniture will be moved out so if you have living room furniture, there’s lots of space for it!

Wifi is $70/month, so split 3 ways, it’s cheap!
