The apartment is a cozy 2-bedroom with an open-plan living room that has the fridge and stove just across the room from the TV. Both bedrooms have closet space and left hand bedroom has access to a fire escape if you just wanna chill outside but don't feel like walking downstairs! New roommate can have their pick of bedrooms and an option to move in on April or June. Note that room will NOT be furnished, though there will be a TV in the living room. Living room comes with everything you'd expect in terms of stove, microwave, fridge, etc. 3-flight walk-up. Submissions welcome from anyone and everyone! Note: Although I love 'em the building does not allow pets.
The place is on East 91st street, 3 mins from the Q, 8 mins from the 4, 5, 6 and it's what you might expect of one of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan! A Staggering amount of good food, lovely parks and reliable shopping close at hand. Our avenue is quiet and very safe. There are both higher-end and more affordable options for everything you could imagine wanting from coffee to clothing to power tools. Getting anywhere in Manhattan is a snap and most places in outer boroughs can be reached in under an hour.
