Hi there! We are a house of 3 women of color living in South Atlanta with one cat. We are looking for a clean, respectful roommate to fill one room in our 4 bed 2 bath home. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other people. The house is located in Capital View Manor, a super cute, historical neighborhood, well connected to Marta bus, and just off I-75. We are pet-friendly to an extent- if you have more than one cat, this is probably not the place for you. We are looking primarily for other women or nonbinary/trans folks. Rent is around 650 a month excluding utilities. We have an in-unit washer, drier, and dishwasher, and a gorgeous back deck and yard perfect for hosting.
