My roommate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to re-sign my lease with starting on November 1st.
The rent $4,925 - so $2,525 for this room since it has a closet and the other does not.
The apartment has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and it's super close to public transport-just a five-minute walk to the Lormier L stop and eight minutes to the Metropolitan G.
Plus, McCarren Park and a bunch of cool bars and restaurants are right around the corner.
There are washers and dryers in the basement and access to the roof (sick view)!
