I recently got approved for a 2 bedroom in Oak Sq. Brighton and I am looking for a roomate to join me September 1st.
I'm looking for somebody who is clean, quiet and respectful. And someone who pays their bills on time. I want to be able to share the chore-load in the house as well as sharing supplies we would both use (such as toilet paper, dish soap, e.c.t...) I like to keep my house pretty clean and expect the same out of a roomate.
The rent would be $1,050 a month plus Utilities. The apartment is really great! It has a nice, spacious living room with lots of windows, a large kitchen and comes with a dishwasher. Parking is on street and no permit required, it's very easy to park in the Oak Square area. The apartment has coin-op laundry in the basement.
It has its own outdoor patio area as well thats nice and secluded.
The apartment is close to many different bus routes including the 57 which goes to Kenmore. It's right up the street from the Y and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. If you drive, it's close to 1-95. The neighborhood is really awesome I've lived elsewhere in Oak Square for almost 2 years now and I love it.
About me: I'm female and a student. Also a part time dog walker. I have a dog of my own so you would have to be OK with living with a dog. She is medium sized. She's very sweet and well behaved you will love her.
