I have a full time job but also back in grad school which has made me into a night owl. I have a room for rent in a house that backs up to a cute little park. I like things to stay pretty clean but have plenty of space in my house with an office set up and an additional guest bedroom for anytime visitors need a place to crash outside. You would have your own bathrooom!
