Move in date flexible but need someone by 8/1
Large bedroom available in 3BR apt in Ditmars-Steinway area with LARGE PRIVATE BACKYARD. Place is far up on Steinway with train a 10-15 minute walk away, so better suited for someone who commutes to work by driving. Large bedroom with exposed brick and large closet. Fits a Queen bed, and could fit a King bed if you had less furniture. Apartment was completely redone prior to move in last year. Roommate is moving out of state.
There is a friendly (but large) chocolate lab who also lives here, so must love dogs. sorry no other pets.
About the roommates: two professional females in their early thirties. We like to drink occasionally outside, watch tv and go out on weekends.
We have been roommates for four years and while we don’t need a new best friend it would be nice to live with someone we all get along with who has similar likes/dislikes/personality. We are all pretty easy going outside of the context of our jobs. Ultimately looking for a roommate that is respectful, clean in common spaces and can enjoy sitting back and relaxing.
