My name is Jarett, and I have a room opening up in my Upper East Side apartment. I'm a friendly, outgoing person from Colorado, who moved to NYC to pursue my Actuarial Science degree at Baruch College. By Spring 2024, I'll have graduated.

Besides my academic pursuits, I also have a fulfilling job coaching youth baseball, a sport I'm incredibly passionate about. As you might have guessed, I'm a massive sports fan in general. While I'd love to find a student roommate who shares some of my interests, I'm open-minded and flexible. The most important qualities for me in a roommate are cleanliness and respectfulness.
