Large bedroom available now, two blocks from the Yankee Stadium and Bronx County Supreme Court, 5 minute walk to the 4 and B/D train station arriving to/from midtown Manhattan in approximately 25 minutes.

Also note since the Yankee Stadium is around the corner, anything you can imagine is close-by such as restaurants, pizza shops, fast food joints, several banks, laundromats, shopping mall plaza, supermarkets, and grocery store on just about every corner.

1 month security deposit plus first month payment is required upon moving in. Long-term roommates preferred.

This is a very well kept and respectable family home. We will both sign a contract to ensure we are both on the same page, this contract consists of legal verbiage from my lawyer to prevent us from having any issues.

Most house rules are posted here:

- No visitors or guests whatsoever (including no girlfriends/boyfriends)

- No pets allowed

- No smoking of any kind or drug use of any kind while on premises

- No getting drunk

- No loud noises or scandalous activity allowed whatsoever

- Keep bathroom cleanliness make sure the toilet is clear of residue after each use

- Maintain your bedroom tidy, do not allow any food to spoil or go to waste anywhere inside your room or refrigerator to prevent vermin

These guidelines are in place to ensure the apartment stays a clean, quiet, and relaxing sanctuary for everyone. We know every home is different and everyone has their own unique living preferences, but our house rules are non-negotiable.
