I am a ‘ghost’ roommate. I’m a Sous Chef working 40–60 hours a week, so I am away most of the time. When I am home, I treat it as my quiet sanctuary where I can relax and recharge after a long day. I spend 95% of my time in my room enjoying my limited "me" time, and the other 5% in the kitchen making coffee/tea in the morning or dinner for myself in the evening.

On my days off, I’m either catching up on sleep, reading, gaming on my PC, or out with friends. I am single, I don’t have pets, and I rarely have guests over (Roughly once every two weeks or less.).

We probably won't be friends, but I will treat you like I treat any coworker. All interactions will be amicable and I will respond readily to anything you wish to communicate. Basically, I won't ignore you, but I'm gonna do my on thing.

I am an advocate of clear, written agreements. All household details, deal breakers, boundaries, rules, chores, designated shelf spaces, etc. should be clearly discussed prior to move in and respected afterwards.

I have very high standards for shared spaces. All shared spaces must remain clean and tidy, the kitchen must remain spotless (no dishes left to soak), the washer/dryer should be emptied immediately after use, no clutter or trash left in the living area, etc.

I value total privacy and boundaries. I don't share food or supplies. Even if empty, my fridge/freezer shelf is mine and yours is yours, unless either party explicitly asks for a one-time exception.

I’m firm about bills being paid on time.

Strictly no smoking indoors (No cigs period. If you smoke 420, do it outside.).

Quiet hours after 11 PM (I am open to occasional late night events.).
