Room Available (April 1st) - Roscoe Village

Looking for someone to take over my lease from April 1st- September. There will be a chance to renew after September. You would be living with 3 other roommates. Two are boyfriend and girlfriend. They have private bathroom. The other roommate is who you’d be sharing bathroom with. Everyone is awesome, polite and clean. All young professionals ages 25-32. I’ve lived here for over a year and only leaving to move in with my boyfriend. ALL UTILITIES are in included in the rent $575 a month. Only additional fee is for the internet. I have a cat I brought with me when I moved in. The other two roommates have 2 cats as well. They are all very sweet. Big back yard with fire pit. Close to public transport. 15 min walk to Brown line. 2 minute walk to Western bus. 5 minute walk to Jewel and Mariano’s on Wester.
