Hey! My name is Richard. My roommate, Alex, and I just moved to ATL 3 months ago for acting. We have a sunroom that is 6'3" x 14'8". It is small, but large enough to accommodate up to a king size mattress, wardrobe, desk, etc, and the rent rate is reflective of that. It has 6 windows, carpeted floor, electricity, a light, and glass French doors opening into the main living room.
We are both very nice, fun, clean, organized, respect each other & our shared space, get along great & are looking for someone who is the same. The location is awesome: only 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Marietta, quick access to 75 & 285, 2 minutes to the mall & tons of shopping, dining, theater, etc. The apartments are gated, with a fitness center, two pools, tennis courts, direct Chattahoochee River Trail access, etc. Happy to send more pictures, videos, FaceTime, call, text, etc.
You absolutely will not find a comparable room in Atlanta for this cheap - you can't beat this. Looking forward to filling the space soon & meeting our new roommate!
