Hi! I am looking to rent a fully furnished queen sized bedroom with a Casper Mattress, and high end feather down sheets and comforter, alongside a private stone and glass shower. I will be your roommate, with my own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the unit. The apartment is fully furnished with a 75 inch smart tv, wifi, cable, ac/heat, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully stocked cleaning closets and a maid service provided by me! The building is a luxury high rise in the financial district with close proximity to every train station. I normally rent this unit for 3,000 but will lower the rate to 2500 for anyone who can put down first month, last month and the deposit within the next few weeks. I am 24, recently graduated from NYU and very excited to open my beautiful home to another person :)

Queen Sized Bed, Casper Mattress and 2 Casper Pillows. Bed Fram has storage drawers as well.

Private Bathroom. Mirror has storage for toiletries which are provided complimentary by me (toothpaste, towels, floss, mouthwash, moisturizers, shampoo, conditioner, soap refilled always).
