I’m looking for someone to move in and share this awesome space. 3 BR/1 Bath. There are two rooms available, tons of storage, a great yard, two workshops (basement and garage), plus a recording studio. 😎. Message me for more info about that… Rent and utilities split 50/50. Usually ends up being about $1150 a person. Every room has great natural light. The “shared” space is wonderful, and will be just that, shared. I’m down to watch a movie or a sports game or a show, etc. There’s also plenty of room to be left alone. I’m looking for someone that is ok with/wants to make noise sometimes, so Musicians are certainly welcome. I’m also not opposed to more than one room mate.
