Courtney A - $1,000/month

Hey, I'm Courtney and I recently got hired to start a new job in Beaverton, OR! Looking for a roommate to find an apartment with or a room to rent if you've already got a place. My budget is $1,000 and I would like to live, hopefully no further than 20-25 minutes from my place of work (can be flexible). I would like to move in the first week of October since I will be leaving my current job and traveling cross-country but can also make late September work.

I have a 9-year-old lab mix named Cudi, she is well-behaved and loves people, is good with cats but not always with other dogs (she's not violent just an anxious little lady) so someone who likes dogs is preferred. I will pay for any pet-related expenses when it comes to rent obviously and she will be my sole responsibility; however, if you like dogs and don't mind helping out I won't refuse!

I like cooking, hiking, going out for drinks - not a big partier but enjoy a night out once in a while, am 420 friendly, vaccinated, and keep my space clean!
