The house has both hardwood and tile floors in the common spaces to keep it cool in the summer, with central heat and carpeted bedrooms keeps you warm and cozy in the winter. A common-use laundry room provides access to a secluded backyard. Cat-lovers are welcome, we have one cat already with access to common spaces.
