Hi everyone! My name is Sheridan (25, Female), and I’m looking for a roommate (female ideally) to look for housing together this fall in the Williamsburg/East Williamsburg/Greenpoint areas for a lease term beginning early to mid October. I’m looking to pay around $1,500 per month

I have been in the city for 2 years and looking to find a nice, cozy spot with a likeminded roommate to make our own! I work in public affairs (hybrid) and in my free time love reading, running (close to McCarren is a huge plus!), hiking, crafting, museums and exploring the city! I am originally from Southern California and lived in Arizona for about 5 years before coming to the city.

I don’t have an apartment in mind - looking to find a roommate then look at places together! DM if you are interested :)

What I’m looking for
- a roommate to look for a 2 bed in Williamsburg, Greenpoint or East Williamsburg
- Lease term start in early to mid October 2026
- Monthly rent around $1,500 (flexible in either direction)
- laundry in unit or in building
- Fine with pets!
- Some kind of outdoor space or roof is ideal
- No basement level or first floor
- Make the apartment cozy and homey together! Not looking to bring the party home
