Hi, I'm a grad student at UWaterloo looking for a place from September. I keep pretty regular hours. Up early, usually back home by evening. I'm quiet at home and tidy. Usually winding down by evening rather than ramping up.

I cycle a lot, mostly long-distance rides. Early mornings, so it doesn't affect the house.
I have a dog named Balam. He's an 11-year-old black German Shepherd, big but very calm. At his age he mostly sleeps and goes for slow walks. I always mention him first because it's important to find the right fit for everyone.
