Have a 2-bed 2-bath in Gaslamp downtown San Diego. Work from home, so like to get out when I can to work at coffee-shops, hike, gym, restaurants, travel. Love to cook, don't do drugs but drink (big wine guy) because only thing I can do seeing my job drug tests. Ive had roommates in the past, living solo is fine but saving money by splitting rent seems the smarter move for now. The room available is not furnished, but everything else in the apartment is available for use. Would have to meet up first to see this will be a good fit, had some roommates in the past just looking to rent and not really hang which just made things awkward so not looking for that.
