Drew W - $1,200/month

Hi! I'm Drew and I'm currently getting my masters at DU in mental health counseling. I am living in an apartment building called XDenver in the Lodo area and it's a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. My three roommates are moving out in July/August, but I'm staying because I signed a two year lease. The apartment building is amazing with a gym, pool, coworking space, etc. The rent is around $1200 for the smaller room and the two bigger rooms are around $1350. I'm looking for roommates to have fun with but who are also dedicated to their work/school like I am. Always down for a movie night, dinner and drinks, and walks when it's sunny out!
